Hey friends! Welcome back to the blog! I hope that everyone is coping well with staying at home. I thought I would share with you some daily affirmations, that you can use to speak positive things into your life throughout the day. So let’s begin!
This is actually something new that I have recently started doing while staying at home. I have been listening and reading content from Arianna Huffington recently, it is life-changing, to say the least. In a video, from Thrive Global Arianna tells us that she regularly speaks daily affirmations into her life. She says that when she is stressed, contracted, or overwhelmed she speaks these words silently or out loud to herself.
Listen to this she beautifully says that affirmations bring her back to a place of peace, strength, and wonder. Amazing!
Here are 20 daily affirmations, that will bring you to a place of peace strength and wonder!
- I am amazing
- I can do anything

- I know my worth
- I am succeeding

- I can do anything I set my mind to
- I have the power to control my thoughts

- Creative ideas flow through me, which lead me to great ideas
I hope you can connect with these daily affirmations. One of the beautiful things about affirmations is that anyone can do it! Another great speaker and writer I have been listening to is Bob Proctor. In one of his videos he talks about building up your self-image and repeating daily affirmations. It is truly life changing, when you begin to understand the power of your mind.
Here are some tips on how to write your own personal affirmations!
Don’t overthink it! Just write.
First rule to writing daily affirmations that tailor to you is to not overthink it. Just write.
Use the present tense
Example: I am happy!
Make it brief
It doesn’t have to be long any where from 2-3 words to a 1 or 2 sentences.
Start with ” I am”
This makes you believe that you are!
Affirm what you want
Think about what you want, and believe that you already have it.
Visualize, and put yourself into your perfect place
Visualize what you want, where you see yourself, and pull it down into your reality! As Bob Proctor says, “Whatever you heart desires is up there, name it & grab it, then CLAIM IT!
…and voila before you know it you’ll have personal positive affirmations that cater to you! I hope you enjoyed this post, have fun writing your positive affirmations. Don’t hesitate to share some of your daily affirmations down in the comment section below.
